Our letting division is offering several fantastic services at a competitive rate that will assist you in the letting of your property. Please take a look at the examples of our services outlined below:
Tenant Finder Service:
We will market the property, advise on rent levels, find a tenant, undertake reference checks, prepare an inventory, provide a tenancy agreement, collect the first month’s rent and security deposit and arrange for future rental payments to be made direct to you the landlord.
Your property will benefit from our superb quality brochures, premium photography and our high profile, wide ranging internet coverage; this includes advertising on some of the UK’s most visited property portals:
Rightmove.co.uk, Property finder.com, FindaProperty.com, Primelocation.com and Fish4homes.co.uk. We will also provide you with a recognisable Help2move lettings’ board.
Fees - The price of the tenant finder service will be 2 weeks rent (+VAT).
We will charge the applicant tenant(s) £110 to carry out the administration and credit checks.
Tenant Finder Service and Rent Collection: This is where we will find a tenant (as detailed above in the Tenant Finder Service paragraph) and also set up the rent collection during the tenancy period. We would then leave you to deal with any management issues that might occur, such as repairing the property and ending a tenancy agreement.
Fees – £250 (+VAT) and 5% (+VAT) of the monthly rent thereafter. We will charge the applicant tenant(s) £110 to carry out the administration and credit checks.
Full Management:
This means you could leave the letting of your property entirely to us. Our comprehensive management service will include the following: the Tenant Finder Service and Rent Collection Service (as detailed above), regular inspections of the property and the responsibility for management issues including maintenance and repairs. We will agree with you, the landlord, on which repairs we can carry out without your consent and which repairs you would want to be involved in; you will be responsible for paying for all necessary repairs and maintenance.
Fees - The cost of this is £250 (+VAT) and 10% (+VAT) of the monthly rent thereafter. We will charge the applicant tenant(s) £110 to carry out the administration and credit checks
Bespoke Letting Packages: We are able to provide letting services to suit individual needs.
